Richard Tester a Noongar man and member of the Southwest Aboriginal Land and Sea Council founded the company in 2013 under the Red Arrow Group banner. The company originally provided project planning support and in 2017 due to the growth of the business, expanded its services into Architectural Design & Drafting, Project Management and Engineering Design.
