Richard Tester
Richard Tester a Noongar man and member of the Southwest Aboriginal Land and Sea Council founded the company in 2013 under the Red Arrow Group banner. The company originally provided project planning support and in 2017 due to the growth of the business, expanded its services into Project Management, Design and Engineering.
Before founding Radian, Richard was previously the Construction and Maintenance Manager for RCR Tomlinson and went on to become the General Manager of ThyssenKrupp Australia, managing projects in Australia and fabrication facilities in China later moving on again to be the CEO of Gravity Cranes.
Richard & his dedicated team have grown Radian to become Australia’s Leading Indigenous EPCM Provider over the last 9 years serving a variety of clients over a diverse range of industries. Radian has worked on major projects throughout Australia, Germany, Qatar & Dubai.
Andy Boyatzis
Andy Boyatzis is an accomplished architect and design leader with over two decades of experience delivering complex, high-impact projects across Australia and the United States. As Head of Architecture at Radian Architecture, Andy brings a deeply rooted passion for design excellence, sustainability, and place-based architecture. His career spans major roles in both private practice and client-side leadership, including directing the delivery of large-scale Meta employee campuses in California and overseeing high-profile retail, commercial, hospitality, and public projects across Australia.
Andy is known for his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder environments, all while maintaining a strong and clear architectural vision. His leadership style is hands-on and collaborative, balancing creativity with pragmatism to deliver outcomes that meet commercial objectives without compromising design integrity. Andy’s portfolio reflects a consistent commitment to innovation, community engagement, and cultural relevance, values that align closely with RASP’s mission as a 100% Indigenous-owned practice. He believes that architecture should be both impactful and inclusive, shaping environments that are not only functional but deeply meaningful to the communities they serve.
Elizabeth Zarebski
Elizabeth Zarebski is the Nominated Architect at Radian Architecture with over 25 years of experience, where she delivers projects ranging from Woolworths Shopping Centres across Australia to Indigenous Masterplanning and Housing in remote Western Australian and Northern Territory communities. Recently completing a Children's Health Clinic refurbishment proposal for WA Health, while preparing for a Building Condition Audit for every hospital within the State of WA, also under the engagement of WA Health.
Elizabeth has held key roles in renowned organisations including NBRS Architecture, DUOMARK, NATSPEC, and PICOPLAY, where she worked on landmark global projects such as Singapore Zoo (Singapore), Dreamworld (Gold Coast), and Global 100 (China). Her early career included nearly a decade at The Buchan Group, where she contributed to complex developments like the Alluvion Office Tower, Cockburn Gateway, and Melbourne Hotel Redevelopment.
